The aim of this study is to determine how the KCM (Kaleidoscope Career Model- which includes Authenticity, Balance, and Challenge) influences their career transition and to identify the factors that influence work mobility. From the input sectors, survey data was collected via Google forms and mail. The 260 respondents were sent Google forms, and data was obtained from 110 of them with full information. The factor for work mobility was identified using correlation and hierarchical regression. To determine the factors that influence job mobility among marketing professionals working in the input field. According to the Kaleidoscopic career model, one of the factors that affects their career change The study's drawback is the selection of marketing professionals in the input sector among the different positions. To determine the further factors that influence their mobility, a more in-depth study should be conducted. Because of their mobility to various organisations, the company is able to recognise the mentality of workers. It aids in the promotion of organisations through Human resource policies and resources are used to provide incentives to workers. Many research on employee job mobility through industries have been performed. However, academic research has been conducted among agribusiness marketing professionals. To examine employee versatility, the analysis employs the Kaleidoscope Career Model system. It assists us in determining the factors that influence career mobility.
