Analysis of Value Chain Model of Sheep-Fattening Business in Langkat District

Aims: To increase the complaint cattle trade by minimizing trade production costs.Study Design: This research begins accompanying preliminary studies such as administering literature studies, question identification, needs reasoning, and system labeling. Then conduct field observations and expert interviews. Best practice value chain study consists of various steps, which are two together descriptive and examining. Value chain analysis defines the overall market at which point a particular value chain work.Place and Duration of Study: The research was conducted from November 2022-January 2023 in Sei Bingai District, Langkat Regency.Methodology: The system used in this place study is value chain reasoning through mapping Hayami's worth chain and added value.Results: The worth chain model for fattening leader in the research area maybe applied to develop performance through adeptness, integration of actors, and classification channels to deliver to customers. Based on data processing and study results, it is known that the question of sheep profit chain management is a restraint on resource input in the form of a deficiency of sheep supply, so Langkat Regency still depends on equipment from other domains.Conclusion: Mapping a value chain model established actual trade processes requires designing a supply chain resolution to address critical facets that hinder the smooth administration of the sheep worth chain.
