Anti-Inflammatory Activity of Dried Ginger Mediated Iron Nanoparticles | Journal of Pharmaceutical R

Nanotechnology is a branch of science and technology concerned with matter on the atomic and molecular scales with sizes ranging from 1 to 100 nanometers. With their distinctive magnetic and catalytic properties as well as potent biological activities, iron nanoparticles have a wide range of diagnostic and potential therapeutic applications. The aim of this research was to look into the anti-inflammatory properties of iron nanoparticles made from dried ginger. The anti-inflammatory activity of the synthesised iron nanoparticles was assessed using an inhibition of albumin denaturation assay and UV-vis spectroscopy. The nanoparticles had the highest absorbance at 360 nm and a potent anti-inflammatory effect of 83.5 percent inhibition at the lowest concentration of 50 l, indicating that they could be used as an anti-inflammatory agent in a variety of inflammatory diseases.
