Antimicrobial Efficiency of Commonly Used Disinfectants against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus

Three various types of disinfectants that are commonly employed in regular workshops include flammable liquid, bleach, and phenols. This study secondhand the agar hole diffusion order to examine the influence of these three disinfectants against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. Different whiten, ethanol, and phenolic concentrations were utilized. There were alternatives in the measured concentrations cause the disinfectants' primary concentrations varied. The results after 24 hours of development at 37°C demonstrated that all the disinfectant in their concentrated forms prevented the growth of the test organism.
