Automation and Digitization in the Seed Sector: Offline to Online

As mechanization has become an integral some today's realm, the Internet of things (IoT) and Machine learning (ML) offers a platform for pursuing and controlling various environments remotely by way of sensors, controllers and the internet. Today IoT and ML are taking over control of farming industries and performing an important role in smart culture. The literature focal points the potential use of IoT and ML in agriculture and even in seed area which is doable for surveillance and monitoring from sowing to gathering and similar packaging movements. In this review, we have highlighted the use of IoT requests with remote sensors in the way that temperature, humidness, soil moisture, water level sensors and pH worth providing an idea of automation in children sowing, seedling incident and yield, which displays precision in addition to practical serviceableness to cope with difficulties engaged. It also addresses the digitalization in seed disposal and market arrangements. Some notable prospects by ML in the seed industry namely., seed following and smart storage system has further been established.
