Biosynthesis of Hydroxy Citric Acid Mediated Zinc Nanoparticles and Its Antioxidant and Cytotoxic Ac

Objective: To test the biosynthesis of zinc nanoparticle mediated hydroxy citric acid and its antioxidant and cytotoxic function.

Introduction: Hydroxy citric acid is a material present in Garcinia cambogia, Garcinia indica, and Garcinia atroviridis in fruit rinds. To boost exercise efficiency and weight loss, hydroxy citric acid is used. When used in the short term, hydroxy citric acid can cause nausea, pain in the digestive tract and headache. Long-term protection is uncertain. Nanoparticles of zinc oxide are zinc oxide nanoparticles that have diameters of less than 100 nanometers. Compared to their size and high catalytic activity, zinc nanoparticles have a wide surface area. The exact physical and chemical properties of nanoparticles of zinc oxide depend on the various ways they are synthesised. It has also been shown that zinc oxide nanoparticles demonstrate powerful protein adsorption properties that can be used to modulate cytotoxicity, metabolism, or other cellular responses.

Materials and Methods: DPPH activity was used to test the anti-oxidant and brine shrimp lethality assay was used to evaluate cytotoxic activity. In the assessment of cytotoxic activity, colour variations were noted.

Results: Relative to normal, the antioxidant activity was well shown at higher doses, but only 40 percent of cytotoxicity was achieved, suggesting its ability. Cytotoxic activity shows that the drug showed a very good result at a concentration of 25 ul, showing a 40 percent lethality, showing that Hydroxycitric acid medicated nanoparticles of zinc oxide display a pot.

Conclusion: The analysis concludes that strong antioxidant and cytotoxic activity is shown in hydroxy citric acid.
