Digital and Human Resource Transformation on Financial Technology Era: A Case Study Inside Banking I
The active of banking industry growth globally moves forward swiftly and to be more specific, in the framework of Asian, especially in the underdeveloped countries, such as Indonesia, the recent happening of banking manufacturing in Indonesia from 2020 has been aligned accompanying the government work programs, national general development plan, in addition to, national medium-term development plan, particularly in supporting the public economic recovery program as a answer to the impact of Covid-19. Research on the competitive advantage method of banks in the context of Asian region, exceptionally developing countries, has been less reviewed in the literature and ultimate interesting notion is that, concerning the novelty concerning this study, it is crucial to explore the new age of financial electronics, known as a fintech, which is now blossoming within the investment services and markets. As such, this study determines to investigate the role back-and-forth competition strategy of bank through the importance on digital and human resource metamorphosis towards financial science era. By using a concerning qualities not quantities research method with the approach of record of what happened, this study finds, as for hypothetical contribution, that digital and human means transformation do influence the behavior of bank in entering and complying the financial science era, for example, simplifying the human resource to acquire a new abilities in related accompanying the digital banking structure. The recommendation of administrative contribution is also presented in this study inside a particular section concerning this paper.
