The study checked the risk perception influence on drivers’ behaviour (rapes) among conveyance companies in Rivers State, Nigeria. A total of 210 copies of questionnaire was executed among 20 friction companies and the retrieved inquiry were analysed using explanatory and inferential statistics in the way that frequency counts, portion and spearman rank. The findings revealed that friction drivers infrequently involve in violations to a degree “pull out of a connection so far that the driver accompanying the right of way has to stop and allow you out” (41.4%), “stay in a motorway lane that you experience will be closed along until the last minute before urging your way into the additional lane” (67.6%) and never disregarded the speed limit on a dwellings road (70.7%); nevertheless, they occasionally drive so close to the motor in front that it hopeful difficult to stop in an danger (51.0%).
