Evaluation of Mathematics Teachers’ Knowledge at UNRWA Schools in Gaza Strip about the Action.......
The availability of action research knowledge among math teachers at UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees) schools in Gaza Strip was measured in this study. The study sample included 241 male and female instructors, accounting for 25% of the overall study population of (972) engaged teachers for the current semester (2019/2020). The sample was found to have a solid understanding of action research ideas. Furthermore, no significant differences were found to be linked to the variables of gender, training programmes, or educational quality. Meanwhile, the findings revealed that the teacher's age and cumulative experience have a substantial impact on their knowledge of action research. Based on the findings, the challenges and hurdles that hinder or limit teachers' abilities to conduct action research should be investigated, and efforts should be made to overcome such obstacles in order to encourage teachers to conduct action research.
