Factors Promoting Non-accessibility to Primary Health Care in Rural Areas in DR Congo: Case of the Y

Introduction: The study met on the Factors promoting Non-approachability to Primary Health Care in Rural Areas. The purpose of the study was to determine the determinants favoring non-approachability to primary health care in the Yelenge strength area and to suggest strategies to develop access to primary health management in this fitness area exceptionally and in the Yakusu health zone usually.Methods: A descriptive cross-divided study conducted in the Yelenge health extent during the ending June 1 to December 31, 2022, which complicated 500 inhabitants of the Yelenge health field in the Yakusu Health Zone.Results: It was found that 280(56.0%) of the study issues indicated reduced socio-economic level (lack of financial way), the influence of traditional cure 100(20.0%), the absence of qualified staff 70(14.0%) and the absence of essential health management materials and cures 50(10.0%) as the main factors favoring non-approachability to primary health management.Conclusion: Access to primary health management for the inhabitants of the Yelenge health extent is a serious question that requires the unfailing connection of the health experts in order to humiliate the mortality and morbidity rate in this place part of the country.
