Lived Experiences in Performance Assessments: From the Lens of the Students in Technical Vocational

Aims: The study proposed to unveil the occurrences, coping machines, and insights of the Senior High School pupils in performance evaluations of the TVL track.Study Design: Qualitative-Phenomenology research design.Place and Duration of Study: Three public schools under the disconnection of Digos City, Davao Region, Region XI, which offer a Technical-Vocational-Livelihood string during the SY 2022-2023.Methodology: Using resolved to do something savoring, the participants were the Senior High School undergraduates of the three identified public schools, that offer the Technical-Vocational-Livelihood track, 15 partners for the FGD and 6 participants for the IDI.Results: For the knowledge, three themes arose: troubles in task completion all along performance appraisal, enjoying the tasks while education, and lack of resources and matters, while for the coping devices, also three ideas: self-determination and diligence, share ideas and fabrics accompanying peers and teachers and study and act diligently and visions, three themes arose: teamwork is extrasensory perception behind every fame, perseverance form impossible-likely, and it is not about their resources, it is being imaginative.Implication: Assessment plays an integral function in teaching-knowledge because it will help correct the performance of each scholar and the school as a whole. It must be improved to improve allure content and process considerably and to make judgment and information any of the teaching-education process. These results will be a significant addition to the cultivating body of knowledge and composition about the impact of K to 12 in the Philippines. Other researchers concede possibility assess the belongings of K to 12 and TVL curriculum or another approximate study in other domains.
