Market Arrivals and Prices of Paddy in Major Markets of Telangana State | Current Journal of Appli

The purpose of the study was to look into the pricing behaviour of paddy and the relationship between market arrivals and prices in Telangana's Suryapeta and Tirumalagiri markets. In light of this, the current study was conducted by collecting monthly wholesale prices and paddy arrivals in both Telangana markets for a period of five years (2015 to 2019). The seasonal price index is a measure of paddy price change from month to month. Suryapeta market price indices were at their lowest in November, while Tirumalagiri market price indices were at their lowest in December. The researchers discovered that market arrivals and pricing had an inverse connection.
