Nutrient Release Characteristic of Multinutrient Pellet for Organic Farming in Rice (Oryza sativa L)

Aim: To evolve a multinutrient pellet for farming without chemicals in rice and examination on the mineral release characteristics of bullet in acid sulphate soils of Kuttanad.Study Design: This experiment was conducted through entirely randomized design with 8 situations and 3 replications.Place and Duration of Study: The research was appraised at the Department of Soil Science, College of Agriculture Vellayani, middle from two points July 2022 - September 2022.Methods: Pellets were qualified using basic nutrient beginnings permitted in NPOP and a 60 epoch laboratory process of early development experiment was performed to judge the mineral release pattern of pellets. Standard procedures were used to resolve the nutrient content in pellets and load of nutrients in soil samples tense from incubation experiment. Results: Nutrient chance raised from the 15th to the 60th day, and the maximum was noticed on 60thday. The soil pH, EC, dehydrogenase activity, and humic acid content raised throughout the process of early development period, while basic element and fulvic acid content declined. Conclusion: The gross vitamin release was found expected the highest in bullet containing bloodmeal, rockphosphate and potassium sulphate.
