This study persistent the mediating effect of program possessions on perceived administrative support and pedagogical content knowledge of TLE assistants. Quantitative descriptive correlational design was working. The study was conducted through connected to the internet survey in a public school of Division of Davao del Sur during the school old age 2021-2022. The TLE public junior high school teachers the one are the respondents were preferred using beneficial sampling. Data promoted in this study were assembled through adopted questionnaires. Mean, Pearson product-importance correlation and way analysis were with the statistical finishes used. Results revealed that TLE assistants had a very high level of seen organizational support, a very extreme level of pedagogical content information, and a high level of program money. Moreover, there is a significant connection among seen organization support of TLE scholars and their pedagogical content information, perceived institution support and program resources, and program resources and teaching content knowledge. It was further revealed that the program money partially interfered the relationship between seen organizational support and teaching content knowledge. With concerns on the findings of the study, the seen organization support of TLE assistants was evident at all times. Second, the teaching content knowledge as seen by TLE teachers was main all the time. Lastly, the program money were evident most of the time. It was urged that the school administrators should support the bettering of program resources in schools.
