Measuring and analysing the items that go into the efficiency of ICT use in HRM has become one of the main goals for researchers and practitioners. When considering the success of organisations during times of crisis, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, it is realistic to analyse the level of performance efficiency in HRM. As a result, some aspects of HRM success with the application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in its functions of preserving social distance during the COVID-19 pandemic are discussed in this analysis.People management, daily HR tasks, HR payroll and incentives, and performance assessment and promotion are all considered independent variables in the regression model, whereas HR performance quality is considered a dependent variable. Following principal component analysis, correlation and regression analyses were used to analyse the performance of HR functions during the pandemic. During the pandemic, the use of ICT ensures Human Resource Management output quality while avoiding face-to-face contact. Furthermore, The results will aid practitioners in incorporating ICT into all organisations' HRM strategies and determining how much modification is needed to optimise overall productivity when working with limited resources during a pandemic.
