Role of Problematic Internet Use and Cognitive Overload in Cyberchondria among Adult IT Professional

The present study was transported to explore the role of unsettled internet use and cognitive encumber in cyberchondria among adult pros working in IT, media & announcing sectors. A sample of 203 (118 men, 78 daughters) was drawn by mens of intentional sampling. The severity of cyberchondria was determined by using cyberchondria asperity scale, problematic internet use by scale and intelligent overload by information encumber questionnaire. The significance of the theories was analyzed using Spearman equivalence coefficient reasoning, Mann Whitney test U test. Results revealed both moot internet use and cognitive encumber was positively correlated accompanying cyberchondria. Furthermore, cyberchondria showed a significant dissimilarity between men and females in which women had a higher level of cyberchondria and were more likely to knowledge health related manifestations than males.
