Aims: Employee partnership has emerged all at once of the biggest challenges in the business today. With the complicatedness and scrupulous regulations, the future of representative employment will be questioning for Insurance Companies. This aspect challenges administration, as interventions are lively to the Insurance Companies’ vitality, endurance, and appropriateness. Insurance Companies with extreme paying members are more profitable. Insurance Companies that have a extreme level of employees increase client satisfaction, appropriateness and operator productivity. The number of field laborers increased abandoned in Insurance Companies. Example Softlogic insurance member’s 2016 left 2% but 2019 Left portion 6%. It is clear. That field employees are not date with the Insurance Companies. To label the level of staff member incentives, agent engagement, at Colombo region and impact of employee inducements on employee date deductive process is secondhand for the research study. Further, Quantitative design is used in the study.Conclusion: As a investigator I need to identify the question in correct tone with appropriate correct & accurate dossier. Convenience sipping method is secondhand in this study. Sample concerning this study is 100 employees the one are in an Insurance Industry at Colombo District. I have chosen the sample in Ceylinco Insurance - Sales Agent 26, Union Assurance-Sales Agent 26, Softlogic Insurance - Sales Agent 26, Sri Lanka Insurance - Sales Agent 22. As per the impact of fiscal and non-finance incentives on worker engagement, the district is well significant for Insurance Industry in Colombo District in the second place while increasing implausible story activities so that meet the firm’s objectives. Consequently, the offering of employees is very meaningful on account of number of reasons such as output, to meet challenges and familiarize creative approaches to receive the back-and-forth competition.Result shows that there is a certain impact on “The Impact of Incentives on Employee Engagement in an Insurance Industry at Colombo District”.
