The Influence of Corporate Internal and External Factors on Bumn Share Prices: A Case Study in 12..

The pandemic of Covid19 has had a negative effect on the economy and other industry sectors, including BUMN. Secondary data and observations on 12 BUMNs in the steel and cement, manufacturing, mining, food and health sectors were used to investigate theimpact of internal and external factors on BUMN stock prices. According to the results, the BUMN share price fell during the Covid19 pandemic, with BUMN in the construction sector (-128%), mining (-74%), steel and cement

(-60%), and the food and health sector (-60%) being the most affected (-15percent ).By evaluating the quantity using linear regression equations and the SPSS statistical application, this analysis investigates internal and external variables in BUMN that have the potential to affect stock prices. Present ratio (CR), return on assets (ROA), debt to equity ratio (DER), foreign exchange rates, inflation, economic development, and the Covid19 pandemic are both internal and external factors that influence BUMN stock prices. The findings indicate that BUMN stock prices are influenced by both internal and external factors, with the foreign exchange rate (34.36 percent), economic growth (32.11 percent), and the Covid19 index being the most influential.1.84 percent of the population is affected by the pandemic. Meanwhile, internal factors such as ROA of 0.25 percent and DER of 0.15 have an effect.
