The Influence of Knowledge Sharing and Digitalization Improvement towards Employees’ Productivity: A

Literature displays that there have been excellent numbers of publications and documents which highlight expressly the mining manufacturing's development globally through the risk reasoning and management outlook. However, theoretical and practical research verdicts have shown that when resolving the risk management in the mining manufacturing, it is important to examine not just the human component but also the business process and output strategy of connected organization. Through the application of approximate research, this study then determines to gather any beneficial information through two together primary and secondary dossier sources, such as the interviews and/or get the information, that is related to the experience of the members as the unit of reasoning and their viewpoints as well as presence. Instead of addressing by means of what many or how much, a qualitative research plan addresses on the how and reason of the research question. As such, this study aims to explain the analysis of the existent business processes of PT Antam Tbk and before re-evaluate if there is some factor that is to say inefficient and ineffective because the input from worker affects eventually the attendant productivity. As such, this study recommends to administer the strength, defect, opportunity, threat (SWOT) study in order to clarify in detail the business process of PT Antam Tbk. Through specific analysis abovementioned, this study is helped to offer both theoretical and administrative contribution. For hypothetical contribution, this study mainly aims to give a strategy to enhance the business processes better that eventually concede possibility increase significantly the advantage of PT Antam Tbk, especially the employee output. Additionally, this study also offers in the indicated sections the managerial suggestions of this study judgments.
