The Professional Satisfaction of Tunisian Secondary School Teachers after the Deconfinement of the C
The Covid-19 problem has caused the authorities in Tunisia, as well as the rest of the world, to postpone lessons. More than 2 million students and 90,000 teachers have been removed from the classroom. Except for baccalaureate candidates, the academic year has ended after three months of confinement, according to authorities. The date for the resumption of final classes (bac) has been determined for May 27, 2020. The subject of Tunisian secondary school teachers' professional happiness following the COVID 19 epidemic DE confinement for teachers during the period of DE confinement appears to be critical. The purpose of this article is to highlight the level of professional satisfaction experienced by secondary school teachers in the governorate of 'Nabeul' in various subjects (Mathematics, Physics, SVT, French, English, etc.) in the face of stress and anxiety brought on by the current situation of the COVID-19 epidemic's emergence and the presence of a health protocol in schools. (1) Background: The Luxembourg Ministry of Education translated the Austrian questionnaire "Qualität in Schulen" into French to assess personal happiness in the professional environment. (2) Methods: after 3 weeks of restarting the course, from June 22nd to June 27th, 2020 The return rate is 68.33 percent, which is acceptable. Three hundred and sixty (n = 360) questionnaires were delivered, including two hundred and forty-six (n = 246) questionnaires for processing. (3) Findings: At the relational level, secondary teachers expressed a high level of pleasure (students, administrative bodies, colleagues, etc.). Despite the establishments' determination to remain functioning throughout this period of resumption of classes, the instructional aids given to schools during this period were not satisfactory. (4) Conclusion: These early findings show that after a period of confinement in Tunisia owing to the emergence of the COVID-19, the resumption of classes for final classes (baccalaureate) allowed for the creation of a specific climate in the high school. As a result, the teachers expressed high levels of satisfaction at the relational level while being dissatisfied with the amount of didactic methods offered to the high school's breasts.
