Sindangkerta Village and Sindangkerta Marine Wildlife Reserve, Sindangkerta Village, Cipatujah District, Tasikmalaya Regency, West Java Province, were the sites of this study. The implementation period began in October 2019 and will end in June 2020. The aim of this study is to examine the social and economic aspects of the Sindangkerta Marine Tourism Object for the local community, as well as the Sindangkerta marine conservation area's development strategy. The report collected primary and secondary data in Sindangkerta Marine Wildlife Reserve using the case study process. In addition, the data was analysed using a purposive sampling approach in Microsoft Office Excel with a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis. According to the findings of the study, the current system has not been adopted by the villagers. Instead, they hope that the Sindangkerta Marine Wildlife Reserve Area's potential can be further improved in order to provide more benefits to them.The best approach for developing Sindangkerta Marine Wildlife Reserve using SWOT Analysis in Quadrant I is to apply SO, or an active growth strategy, with a coordinate point of 0.02; 1.10 means using strength to leverage existing opportunities.
