The possibilities of using modern computer technology, specifically the Mathcad application software for visual representation of physical processes, are discussed in this article. This article illustrates numerical methods for solving ordinary differential equations in the Mathcad package. The Cauchy problem for a second order ordinary differential equation is solved using the Mathcad odesolve function, which is a complication of the linear oscillator equation, and a graph is obtained as an example of a nonlinear operation. It also discusses the benefits of using the Mathcad application software to solve physics problems, which helps you to organise your work using diagrams, sketches, tables, and mathematical formulas in addition to performing the required calculations. The user gets the device model ready based on the results of these simulation works, and can only set the initial conditions and monitor all of the model's parameters during the numerical experiment. In this regard, this curriculum offers an opportunity for teachers to expand their teaching practises while also growing student freedom and activity.
