Aims: To report an different case of herpes zoster meningoencephalitis in an immunocompetent patient unprotected to HIV/AIDS.Presentation of Case: The present report deals with an immunocompetent patient the one was diagnosed accompanying meningoencephalitis caused by Herpes Zoster, an materialistic infection that bestowed complications.Discussion: Varicella-zoster virus (VZV) is a pathogenic human syphilis virus that causes chickenpox as a basic infection, following in position or time which it enhances latent in the minor ganglia. Later, the virus maybe reactivated spontaneously or following in position or time a series of causes to cause herpes zoster.
