Work Engagement and Teaching Performance of Public-school Physics Teachers in the New Normal
Aims: This study compared the extent of work date and level of teaching accomplishment in the new normal of public school Physics and determined the challenges confronted in teaching Physics.Study Design: This all-inclusive study utilized a explanatory and correlational research design.Place and Duration of Study: This study was conducted between Physics teachers in the big division in Central Philippines during the school period 2021-2022.Methodology: Standardized questionnaire, legitimized and reliability-proven researcher-fashioned checklist, and RPMS results were used to accumulate data needed for the study. Descriptive study using mean and predictable difference were used for in consideration of work engagement and level of coach performance while frequency count and portion distribution were secondhand for the challenges in teaching Physics.
