Working from Home vs Learning from Home: A Critical Investigation and Analysis during the COVID-19 |
During the COVID-19, the article aimed to perform a crucial investigation and study on working from home vs. studying from home. A small-scale survey of parents (with at least one school-aged child) was conducted to learn how they feel about the concepts of working from home vs. learning from home, and whether they have any concerns about either definition.The feedback from the 36 respondents shows that while parents tend to work from home (wherever possible), they do not want their children to study at home. According to the results, most parents agree that remote working improves efficiency and decreases costs, while remote learning reduces innovation.
